Mt. Abi
Mt Abi of Khumbu Himal range is located in the Mahalangur Solukhumbu region of Nepal. The mountain is also known as Cholo and also by Kangchung from the pass that reaches it - the Kangchung La. Mt. Abi is considered as the perfect peak to practice ice climbing and acclimatization before climbing peaks above 8000m.

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu (1337m),
Day 02: Kathmandu equipment preparation and sightseeing. (H. D/B)
Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2840m), trek to Phakding (2610m). (T. B/L/D)
Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3446m). (T.B/L/D)
Day 05: Rest and acclimatisation day. (T.B/L/D)
Day 06: Trek to Dole (4200m). (T.B/L/D)
Day 07: Trek to Machhermo (4470m). (T.B/L/D)
Day 08: Trek to Gokyo (4790m). (T.B/L/D)
Day 09: Climb Gokyo~Ri (5360m), trek to Thangna (Dragnag) (4950m). (T.B/L/D)
Day 10: Trek to Abi Base Camp (5355m). (C.B/L/D)
Day 11: High Camp (5610m). (C.B/L/D)
Day 12: Summit Mt Abi Peak (6097m) and return to Base Camp. (C.B/L/D)
Day 13: Trek to Dzonglha (4830m) over Cho La Pass (5330m). (T.B/L/D)
Day 14: Trek to Pheriche (4252m). (T.B/L/D)
Day 15: Trek to Tengboche (3867m). (T.B/L/D)
Day 16: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3446m). (T.B/L/D)
Day 17: Trek to Lukla. (T. B/L/D)
Day 18: Fly to Kathmandu. (H/B)
