Nepal Mountaineering Association Signs Three MoUs for Development and Security Initiatives

Today, at the NMA Secretariat at Nagpokhari, Naxal, Kathmandu, three agreements were signed. The first MoU was signed with Jet Security Suppliers and Training Services Pvt. Ltd for providing security services at the International Mountain Museum in Pokhara. The second MoU was with Jaljala Engineering Consultant Pvt. Ltd for updating the master plan of the International Mountaineers Memorial Park. Lastly, an agreement was made with Model Construction Pvt. Ltd for the interior work of the NMA Building.

In attendance at the meeting were prominent figures from the NMA, including Mr. Nima Nuru Sherpa, the President, Mr. Thakur Raj Pandey, the Senior Vice President, Mr. Mohan Lamsal, the General Secretary, Mr. Dhan Bahadur Gurung, the Secretary, Mr. Rajendra Bahadur Lama, a Central Secretariat Member, and Mr. Diwas Pokhrel, Central Executive Board Member and the Convenor of International Mountaineers Memorial Park. Also present were Mr. Kul Prasad Rai, the CEO, and representatives from each company involved in the MoUs.

These agreements are significant steps taken by the NMA to improve security, enhance the International Mountain Museum's facilities, and ensure the development of the International Mountaineers Memorial Park. The NMA also aims to upgrade its own building through this partnership.
