The Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) bade farewell today to participants and instructors of the Mountain Leader Component III. Mr. Thakur Raj Pandey, Senior Vice President of the NMA; Mr. Mohan Lamsal, General Secretary; and Mr. Diwas Pokhrel, Central Executive Board member, bade farewell to all the participants and instructors of the training with NMA khada.

The team is set to head towards Panchpokhari, Sindhupalchok, tomorrow for the training. They will spend 15 days in Sindhupalchok.

The eight mountain leader aspirants who had successfully completed Components I & II in July 2019 and January 2022, respectively, have been included in the training. The participants are Mr. Angeli Sherpa, Mr. Samip Mainali, Mr. Ananda Tamang, Mr. Ngima Tsewang Sherpa, Mr. Ang Nuru Sherpa, Mr. Tenji Sherpa, and Ms. Sumina Gurung.

They will be instructed by the chief instructor, Mr. Dawa Tashi Sherpa, training coordinator cum instructor Mr. Ram Kaji Tiwari and instructor Mr. Sarki Tamang.
